Windows and doors fabricated from thermally broken metal frames having visual sections that vary from 1 7/8” (47 mm) to 3 3/8” (85 mm) suitable to house double glazing panes. Window sash look is overlapped on the interior and flush on the exterior, while door sash is flush on both faces.

The polyamide insert and polyurethane on EBE frames are thicker and provide for higher levels of thermal and sound insulation and strength to achieve the hardest design challenges.

EBE75

Windows and doors fabricated from thermally broken metal frames having visual sections that vary from 1 7/8” (47 mm) to 3 3/8” (85 mm) suitable to house double or triple glazing panes. Visual look is the same of EBE-65, profiles are deeper to provide a superior strength and performance. In addition to standard profiles EBE-75 includes a series of metal profiles to manufacture window sashes that are flush on both inside and outside.

EBE85

Windows and doors fabricated from thermally broken metal frames having visual sections that vary from 1 7/8” (47 mm) to 3 3/8” (85 mm) suitable to house double or triple glazing panes. EBE-85 profiles provides for the same design of EBE-65 but with the highest levels of performance and strength. The thermally broken metal profiles also allow the manufacturing of Lift and slide doors which offers the maximum design flexibility.

Differently than the other EBE profiles, the style variant, is available only in Architectural Bronze (OT/67) and it also introduces a new technique for the profile forming that is characterized by extruded solid brass profiles instead of cold roll-formed.
